2D Design, Spring 2016

Another semester, more great student work. Some projects were more successful than others, but overall students seemed to most enjoy our ventures outside the classroom and playing around with GIF animations. Here are a few of the highlights.

Students made observations of patterns in the natural and built environment along Mill Ave. through sketches, photos, and rubbings. They then created a proposal for a hybrid tile pattern to hypothetically line the avenue sidewalks that creatively merged/reimagined the man-made and natural patterns they found.
